ReplyDeleteI think broccoli and cucumber are awesome suggestions! They're super nutrient dense and low in calories. You can eat all the healthy foods in the world but unless you're in a calorie deficit you're not going to lose weight. Those two are great because you can eat heaps but still maintain a calorie deficit.
