Vitamin E has antioxidant properties. It helps to reduce oxidative stress in the scalp. The oxidative stress is actually caused by an imbalance in between antioxidants and free radicals in our body. When we breathe with Oxidative stress, free radicals in the body start damaging oxidize cells. As we know, Vitamin E has antioxidants properties so it helps to repair cells, reduce free radical damage and stop hair fall. 

Vitamin E Supplements:

It's recommended to fulfil your vitamin and mineral deficiencies through food but there are also vitamin E supplements available in the market. Before starting any medication consult with the pharmacist first. Vitamin E supplements are easily available and it is thought that vitamin E helps to improve the immune system. They are widely used in skin care and hair care products.

It's powerful antioxidant properties that rejuvenate skin and hair cells.  It repairs damaged cells and encourages the growth of healthy hair.

Vitamin E Oil:

Vitamin E oil hair massage improves blood circulation in the scalp and makes hair stronger. Antioxidants in vitamin E oil repairs damaged hair follicles and frizz. It makes hair shiny by coating it with a protective layer. It moisturises and nourishes hair. 
Sunflower oil is rich in vitamin E. Olive oil, soybean and almond oil are also rich in it. You can also buy pure vitamin E oil but you need to dilute it with a carrier oil before using it. Mostly vitamin E oils are already diluted in the market because pure vitamin E can give a skin rash.

Vitamin E Hair Mask:

Just like a face mask, we can use hair mask for healthy hair. Hair mask soothes the scalp's skin and encourages the growth of new hair.

For hair mask, First, you've to mix vitamin E oil with castor oil, coconut oil and aloe vera gel then massage your hair for 5 mins and leave it for an hour to absorb well in hair and scalp then wash off with warm water. You can use shampoo and conditioner having vitamin E afterwards.
